Since it was a private tour, I was able to take as many photos with the sea turtles as I wanted! Every angle of the sea turtles against the crystal-clear water looked like a picture-perfect scene—I was completely satisfied♪ If I had to nitpick, the meeting spot was a little hard to find, so it would have been even better if they’d provided a detailed map in advance!

The world's biggest bean was seriously huge lol. The waterfall was full of negative ions, so I got to take tons of emotional photos, and since we had the canoe all to ourselves, we could have fun without worrying about anyone else—it was the best! The guide was so kind—he was seriously a godsend (lol).

It was one surprise and delight after another—from discovering giant bean pods I’d never seen before to soaking in the negative ions of a mystical waterfall. As we slowly paddled through the mangrove forest in our canoe, I had this strange sensation that my daily fatigue was gently melting away… It was a truly special time, during which I felt deeply healed by the power of nature.

Our local guide was very knowledgeable, and we had a great time learning about the mangrove ecosystem and Amami’s natural environment. After paddling down the calm river in a canoe, the guide took us to a spot with a breathtaking ocean view, where we were able to fully enjoy the varied scenery. The photos we received for free were of excellent quality, and we had a truly rewarding experience.

Last time, I went snorkeling somewhere else, but this time I chose this place because I was drawn to the idea of having the tour all to myself. The local guide took us right to the spot where the sea turtles were, and we were able to see them swimming up close. I really appreciated the free video they gave us as a gift, and I’d love to use their services again the next time I visit Amami.

I wasn’t feeling very energetic and was worried about whether I could make it all the way to the waterfall, but since we had the tour all to ourselves, the guide was able to take it slow and go at our pace, which was a huge help.
