    I was completely blown away by the scenery of the Kanasakuhara Primeval Forest, which made me feel as if I’d traveled back in time to the age of the dinosaurs.     First, we paddled slowly down a calm river in a mangrove canoe, and then we went trekking through the forest. While soaking in the negative ions from the mystical waterfall, we were able to fully experience the great outdoors of Amami Oshima.
