*A regular driver's license (automatic transmission allowed) is required to participate. We will take down your license number when you register.
*Please follow all instructions given by the guide. The tour may be cancelled in case of dangerous behavior or disobedience to instructions. In such cases, the tour fee is non-refundable.
*Please strictly observe road traffic laws.
*If your buggy is damaged due to your driving error, you will be responsible for all repair costs. Please drive safely and be very careful. This tour is covered by automobile insurance and liability insurance, but compensation will be limited to the coverage of the insurance. Customers may be required to pay compensation for damages not covered by insurance.
◆Accident compensation amounts
Partial damage to buggy due to course outage (e.g., out of sight, etc.): 30,000 yen and up
Collision with a tree, rock, guardrail, etc. (inadvertent): 50,000 yen and up
Rollover due to abrupt steering, meandering driving, or excessive speed (intentional): 100,000 yen and up
Total loss of baby carriage due to intentional or careless overturn, etc.: ¥500,000 and up
