*If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and you will be charged a cancellation fee, regardless of the reason, such as transportation delays. E-bikes are not difficult to ride, but "being able to ride a regular bicycle" is a prerequisite for participating in the tour.
Please note that those who have never ridden a bicycle at all, cannot ride, or have only ridden a few times are not allowed to participate for safety reasons.
