Q. Where and when is the meeting place and time?Varies depending on whether there is transportation or not.
We will contact you by phone the day before the tour with details on meeting time and place.
If you have not heard from the store after 7:00 p.m. the day before, please call us at 090-8487-5335.Q. When will I be notified if the tour is cancelled?If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, we will notify you by 6:00 p.m. the evening before the tour.
If heavy rain is expected during the night tour, the tour may be cancelled just before the day of the tour (2-3 hours before).
Please be assured that we do not charge cancellation fees for cancellations due to weather conditions.Q. Can I participate alone?・ボートシュノーケルは2名より催行です。

Rain coats are available for kayaking and other outdoor activities.Q. When is the coldest time to swim?We do not offer snorkel tours from mid-November to mid-March when the water temperature is too cold for swimming.
The end of March to June and October to early November are cold months when you need to wear a wetsuit, depending on your personal experience.
Wetsuits are basically 3mm, and we also have inner lining to wear inside the wetsuit and tappers to wear over the swimsuit.Ｑ．水着で泳いでもいいですか？肌の露出部分が多い水着はおすすめしておりません。
理由は岩礁やサンゴなどに接触した際のケガや、日焼け、プランクトン・クラゲ刺され防止の為です。
できるだけご自身で用意のラッシュガードやレギンスを着用していただくか、ショップのウエットスーツをレンタル（無料）をしてください。
※シュノーケリングツアー（スキンダイバーは除く）は、安全面からの配慮によりライフジャケットの着用が必須です。Q. Can I participate in tours while pregnant?We are sorry, but we do not accept them.Q. Can I use the showers after the snorkeling tour?Available.
