In order to ensure that the tour runs smoothly, please complete preparations such as removing makeup, applying sunscreen (with ocean-friendly ingredients), and putting your hair up before you arrive.

Frequently asked questions about this plan

Q. Where and when is the meeting place and time?

Varies depending on whether there is transportation or not.
We will contact you by phone the day before the tour with details on meeting time and place.
If you have not heard from the store after 7:00 p.m. the day before, please call us at 090-8487-5335.

Q. When will I be notified if the tour is cancelled?

If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, we will notify you by 6:00 p.m. the evening before the tour.
If heavy rain is expected during the night tour, the tour may be cancelled just before the day of the tour (2-3 hours before).
Please be assured that we do not charge cancellation fees for cancellations due to weather conditions.

Q. Can I participate alone?

Boat snorkeling is available for a minimum of 2 people.
There is no additional charge for single person beach snorkeling.
Other tours are private tours for one group.
If you wish to charter the tour alone, you will be charged the regular tour fee plus 501 TP3T.
Example: Regular fee 10000 yen
Charter per person 15,000 yen

Q. Will the tour be held even if it rains?

Except for typhoons, heavy rain, strong winds, high waves, and other inclement weather, the event will basically be held rain or shine.
Rain coats are available for kayaking and other outdoor activities.

Q. When is the coldest time to swim?

We do not offer snorkel tours from mid-November to mid-March when the water temperature is too cold for swimming.
The end of March to June and October to early November are cold months when you need to wear a wetsuit, depending on your personal experience.
Wetsuits are basically 3mm, and we also have inner lining to wear inside the wetsuit and tappers to wear over the swimsuit.

Q. Can I swim in a bathing suit?

We do not recommend swimsuits with a lot of exposed skin.
The reason for this is to prevent injury from contact with reefs and coral, sunburn, and plankton and jellyfish stings.
If possible, please wear your own rash guard and leggings, or rent a wetsuit from the store (free of charge).
*For snorkeling tours (except for skin divers), life jackets are required for safety reasons.

Q. Can I participate in tours while pregnant?

We are sorry, but we do not accept them.

Q. Can I use the showers after the snorkeling tour?

Available.
If you wish to use the changing rooms and shower facilities (complete with shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer), we will direct you to our affiliated facilities.
We will meet there and disperse if you are willing to take a simple shower to rinse off the seawater and change your clothes in a pop-up tent,
Or we can send you directly to your accommodation.
