In the event of cancellation for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fees will apply

Cancellation until 6:00 p.m. the day before: free of charge
Cancellation after 6:00 p.m. on the day before or without notice: 1001 TP3T of the tour fee

*If the guide decides to cancel the tour due to weather or other reasons, no cancellation fee will be charged. In case of cancellation, we will contact you the day before the tour, or at least 2 hours before the tour if the decision is difficult.

Please allow plenty of time for your arrival. For those arriving or departing by air on the same day, we recommend private tours (+10,000 yen/pair).

Clothing and personal belongings

Women's clothing: Top: swimsuit and light long sleeves such as a rash guard, or light long sleeves over a T-shirt that can get wet. Underneath: leggings and surf pants, etc.
