Cancellation Fee

From the 20th day to the 8th day after the 20th day: 20% of the plan price
From the day that falls on the 7th day to the day that falls on the 2nd day: 30% of the plan price
Day before the shooting day: 40% of the plan price
On the day of shooting: 50% of the plan price
Cancellation or no-show after the start of the tour: 100% of the plan price

Transportation reasons (e.g., cancellations) do not count as a reason for cancellation.
No cancellation fee will be charged in the event that weather conditions such as typhoons make substantial travel impossible (e.g., suspension of all transportation, including alternative flights and flights by other routes).
In the event of further cancellation after the date and time has been changed, the cancellation will be calculated from the original shooting date. Please understand this in advance.
If the date and time are adjusted rather than cancelled, the first change fee will be waived.

We will contact you just before the shoot (3 days prior to the shoot or the day before the shoot) to finalize the location and time schedule for the day of the shoot (depending on the weather conditions at the location, etc.).

Studio photography can also be performed if outdoor shooting is not feasible.

Please note that "postponement" or "cancellation" of photo shoots due to weather or other reasons is at the discretion of the customer.
