The rental and return locations are at the sales office. Free transportation is available from the airport to the sales office.

If you are coming to the island by plane, please call our guide when you get off at the boarding gate of Amami Airport.

In principle, the car will be delivered at the sales office. The following documents are required

◆Drivers' licenses for all drivers
Valid Japanese driver's license (including international and foreign driver's license) for all driversPlease present it to us and we will make a copy.

After explaining the loan, a rental agreement will be drafted and signed for your approval.
We will then check the exterior and interior of the rental car for scratches, dents, etc., before explaining how to drive the car.

Returns

Please return the vehicle by the date and time specified in the contract. Please return with a full tank of fuel as specified.
If for some reason a full tank of fuel cannot be returned, we will reimburse you for the deficiency based on a conversion table we have established.
(However, only if you have not refueled once during the period of use or have all refueling receipts.)

*Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to exceed or extend the time.
Please note that we may decline your reservation depending on the availability of other guests.
Please note that an additional penalty fee will be charged for any unauthorized overtime.

After returning the car, we will pick you up at the airport. (Free pick up and drop off)

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows

Up to 10 days prior to the date of use: free of charge
From 9 to 5 days prior to the date of use: 30% of the total amount
From 4 days to 2 days prior to the date of use: 50% of the total amount
The day before the date of use:70% of total amount spent
After the day of use:of the total amount used100%.

*Cancellations made after 6:00 p.m. will be treated as cancellations for the following day.

*Please note that if you do not contact us at least one hour after the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the cancellation fee.

*Cancellations on the day before or the day of departure must be made by phone. If you need to change your reservation, please contact us by phone. If we are unable to contact you, we may not be able to refund the difference in cancellation fees.

*In the event of cancellation due to flight or ship cancellations or natural disasters, no same-day cancellation fee will be charged.

Non-operating charge (NOC)

This is the compensation fee for the period when the vehicle needs to be repaired or cleaned due to accident, theft, breakdown, stain, odor (including smoking in a non-smoking vehicle), etc., which are not the responsibility of the rental car company.

(1) Rent-a-car
If the vehicle is not returned to the scheduled return location after running on its own・・・・200,000

(2) Fixtures

Compensation for peace of mind

(¥3,300/day) This system waives the deductible for basic coverage in the event of an accident.

If you enroll in this program, you will be exempted from paying the non-operation charge (NOC) in addition to the co-payment (deductible). You can use this system with peace of mind in case of emergencies.

*People who have had their driver's license for less than one year or who are 70 years of age or older are not eligible to purchase safety coverage. In the event of an accident, you will be charged for the deductible and NOC.
Please inform us of all drivers at the time of rental.
*If the driver has a history of accidents and is deemed unsuitable by the Company, the Company reserves the right to refuse enrollment.
