Return the rental car

Fuel will be provided with a full tank at the time of rental, so please fill up the tank at the nearest service station from the return store and return the car.
The customer is responsible for the cost of fuel.

Ferry passengers will be picked up at the port after returning the car.

■You are responsible for any items left behind, so please check them thoroughly before returning them.

When you rent or return a car, we offer free pick-up and drop-off services at hotels and guest houses in the vicinity of the airport office and the Nase office.

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows

Up to 8 days in advance: free of charge
7 to 2 days prior: 2,000 yen/pair
Day before/day of rental: 100% of the rental fee

■Lending cars to visitors for the purpose of fishing
■Riding into the "Kinsaku Wilderness Forest" and "Forest Road".

Indemnity plan

If you subscribe at the time of contract, we will compensate you for the deductible amount (50,000 yen) for vehicle coverage and the deductible amount (50,000 yen) for property coverage in the event of an accident.
■Subscription fee 24 hours/1,000 yen (tax not included)

Wide coverage

This option waives the payment of the Non-Operation Charge (NOC).
The prerequisite is to subscribe to the indemnity insurance.
