(1) If you are coming to the island by plane, when you get off at the boarding gate of Amami Airport, an employee wearing a yellow polo shirt will be waiting for you.Sign with customer's nameWe will welcome you with
(2) A courtesy car will be patrolling the area at all times. If there is no staff in the lobby, please exit the airport building through the arrivals entrance and cross the crosswalk on the right.

Return the rental car

Fuel will be provided with a full tank at the time of rental, so please fill up the tank at the nearest service station from the return store and return the car.
The customer is responsible for the cost of fuel.Ferry passengers will be picked up at the port after returning the car.

When you rent or return a car, we offer free pick-up and drop-off services at hotels and guest houses in the vicinity of the airport office and the Nase office.

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows
Up to 8 days in advance: free of charge
7 to 2 days prior: 2,000 yen/pair
Day before/day of rental: 100% of the rental fee

Insurance Compensation Scheme
For the peace of mind of our customers, we offer compensation up to the following amounts
Bodily injury compensation/unlimited
Property damage coverage: 10 million yen (50,000 yen deductible)
Personal Accident Compensation / Up to ¥30 million per person per year for death, permanent disability, and injury
Indemnity plan
If you subscribe at the time of contract, we will compensate you for the deductible amount (50,000 yen) for vehicle coverage and the deductible amount (50,000 yen) for property coverage in the event of an accident.

Wide coverage
This option waives the payment of the Non-Operation Charge (NOC).
