(iii)	Break & video check (approx. 20 min.) →Check your own movements and improve further in the second half!
4)	Skills Development Session (approx. 40 min.) →Æ With the corrections in mind, we went back to the sea! The 3-hour course allows students to get a feel for the course through repetitive practice.
