Even inexperienced snorkelers can enjoy snorkeling in the shallow water where they can stand on their feet, as we give a detailed lecture on how to put on goggles and breathe.

During the tour, the guide always has a floatation ring with him, so those who are not good swimmers or children can enjoy the underwater experience while being held by the floatation ring.

All you need is a swimsuit! Snorkeling sets and wetsuits can be rented free of charge.

Q. What is the difference between the two?I am concerned about sunburn. Is there anything I should bring?

Wetsuits are available for those who are concerned about sunburn.

In summer, long-sleeved rash and ankle-length swim trunks are recommended. However, since hands, feet, and face will be exposed, please be sure to bring sunscreen.

It would be good to have a hat or something to wear over your swimsuit.

Q. What is the difference between the two?I'm not a good swimmer and I'm scared, is that okay?

Even if you are not a good swimmer or if it is your first time, you are welcome to join us.

You will wear a buoyant life jacket/wetsuit, so you will never sink.

An instructor will be with you so that you can enjoy the experience with peace of mind. For those who still have concerns, floatation rings are also available.

The beach is a good place to practice from where you can get your feet on the ground, so if you are unsure, we recommend the beach over the boat.

This was our first snorkeling experience, and it was a great activity in the beautiful ocean of Amami Oshima! Thanks to the instructor's careful guidance, we beginners were able to enjoy the activity without any worries. The instructor was very attentive and made us beginners feel at ease.
