Q. What is the difference between the two?I am concerned about sunburn. Is there anything I should bring?
Wetsuits are available for those who are concerned about sunburn.
In summer, long-sleeved rash and ankle-length swim trunks are recommended. However, since hands, feet, and face will be exposed, please be sure to bring sunscreen.
It would be good to have a hat or something to wear over your swimsuit.
Q. What is the difference between the two?I'm not a good swimmer and I'm scared, is that okay?Even if you are not a good swimmer or if it is your first time, you are welcome to join us.
You will wear a buoyant life jacket/wetsuit, so you will never sink.
An instructor will be with you so that you can enjoy the experience with peace of mind. For those who still have concerns, floatation rings are also available.
The beach is a good place to practice from where you can get your feet on the ground, so if you are unsure, we recommend the beach over the boat.

We all said we’d love to do it again. Before the tour, they kindly and thoroughly taught us how to use the snorkels and fins. They also sincerely addressed my son’s child-specific concerns—like “Are there any sharks?”—by providing real-life examples. When my son’s goggles slipped off in the water during the tour, the staff handled the situation calmly without panicking, which helped my son stay composed and avoid panicking as well. Of course, we were thrilled to see the sea turtles and Amami’s beautiful fish, but I was truly moved by the staff’s thoughtful care and hospitality. This is definitely a place we’d love to visit again.

Thanks to the instructor's careful guidance, we beginners were able to enjoy the activity without any worries. The instructor was very attentive and made us beginners feel at ease. It was breathtaking to see colorful fish and corals up close in the clear water of Kurosaki Beach. The kids could play safely in the shallows and the whole family had a wonderful time.
