Indoor Experience

I have never had a chance to wear Oshima tsumugi, so this was a valuable experience for me. It was light and comfortable to wear. I was alone, but the staff was happy to take my picture.

When selecting kimonos, we were given explanations about colors and patterns, which was very informative. I was given advice on choosing accessories and was able to wear what I liked. Although I was alone, selfie sticks and tripods were available for rent, and I was able to take many pictures with the staff taking pictures of me. It was a great experience. The staff was very kind and made me feel comfortable.

I wanted to experience the traditions and culture of Amami, so I applied for the dyeing experience. It was a valuable experience that I really enjoyed not only the finished product but also the process of making it! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a great way to experience the traditions and culture while interacting with the local people. I would like to go back again!

The weaving experience, kindly taught me how to weave and I was able to create a good piece of work. It is a pleasant memory.

On a separate day from weaving We also had a mud-dyeing experience! I learned how to do it like this, I was able to learn how to do this, and it was a truly unique and personal work of art. It was a wonderful memory for me. The staff were very attentive and taught me how to do the work. I was able to work with ease. I was thrilled when I removed the elastic and other parts! I was also thrilled with the pattern that was accidentally created! I would love to participate again! Thank you very much for the hands-on experience!

It was my first experience! I was able to enjoy the whole experience! I was able to enjoy it all the way through without worries!
