You can choose between morning and evening hours to enjoy different atmospheres. Enjoy the luxury of being in harmony with nature.

Yoga instructors who were born and raised in Amami will guide you carefully, so even if you are new to yoga and feel it is difficult, you can participate with ease.

Beach Yoga will be held at a private resort where the hotel "Auberge Tebiro 1732" is located.

Although the event is held on a wooden deck, not on a sandy beach, although you can feel the ocean up close and personal, it is nice to be able to avoid getting dirty!

You can also hold the event empty-handed & at the beach of your choice!

There is something special about doing yoga while looking out over the beautiful Amami Sea. We can make a plan according to your preference, such as your favorite beach or a beach you would like to visit.

The plan includes yoga mat rental, so you can participate without a yoga mat at the beach near your accommodation.
