It was my first time to ride a canoe and I was not confident in my oar operation, so I chose to ride alone with a staff member. It was low tide in the mangrove forest, but we were able to observe crabs, flying gobies, and other creatures, which was enjoyable. In the Kinsakuen primeval forest, we were able to enjoy walking along a thick forest road with many plants that looked like dinosaurs might appear, with careful explanations by the staff. I recommend both of these tours.
