Same-day cancellation and no-call cancellation: 100%

*No cancellation fee will be charged if the event is cancelled due to weather or other reasons.
*In case of cancellation, we will contact you the day before the event, or at least 2 hours before the event if the decision is difficult.
*Please contact us in advance in case of transportation delays or illness.

*There is no optional fee for a complete charter guide if the reservation is for 4 or more people.

*If another customer makes a reservation for the same plan for the same date and time after applying for one person, we will consult with the customer including the accompanying person (to the regular price).

*If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and you will be charged a cancellation fee, regardless of the reason, such as transportation delays. Please allow plenty of time for your arrival. For those arriving or departing by air on the same day, we recommend private tours (+5,000 yen/pair).
