[Warm season
Lightweight, long-sleeved clothing (e.g., rash guards) is recommended to protect against insect bites and scratches from branches. Bottom clothing such as shorts over leggings for ease of movement is recommended, but jeans or jerseys are also acceptable.
[Cold season
ヒートテックなどのインナー、トレーナーの上にウインドブレーカーなど防風及び撥水性のあるものがいいです。ボトムはレギンスの上にショートパンツなど動き易い服装がいいですがジーンズやジャージでも問題ありません。奄美と言えども夜のマングローブは冷えるので関東関西の春、秋のイメージでお願いします。
