マテリアやアランガチなどの滝、奄美大島最高峰の湯湾岳展望台や、精霊の住むガジュマルの木など....幻想的な雰囲気が漂う木々の中、様々なスポットを眺められます。
Mateliya Falls
昔の人々は滝壺に美しく写り輝く太陽の影を見て「本当に美しい太陽の滝壺」と称賛し、「マテリヤの滝」と呼ぶようになりました。
現在は、奄美群島国立公園に指定されて観光客にも人気の高いスポットとなっています。
湯湾岳（ゆわんだけ）展望台
湯湾岳は、標高694mあります。展望台から堪能できる奄美の透き通った海や島々の緑の美しさはまさに絶景です。
初めての方ご参加大歓迎！

560代Month of posting: 2024/02当日雨だったのと、途中の道ががけ崩れということで、コース内容は国直海岸とフクギ並木以降は変更になり、奄美野生生物保護センター、徳浜の断崖、宇検食堂で昼食、重野安繹流謫の地・寺子屋跡、ホノホシ海岸、水中観光船せと、板根が巨大な奄美で一番大きいサキシマスオウノキ、と巡りました。 ガイドさんが元学校の先生、現在の本業は希少動植物のパトロールと研究をしておられるという方で、説明が詳しく、とても勉強になりました。 車を運転中でも何かを見つけては説明してくださるし、途中の景色は素晴らしいし（特に徳浜の断崖には圧倒されました）、実に楽しい一日を過ごすことができました。 お世話になり本当にありがとうございました。 奄美は素晴らしい！
