Fuel costs are the responsibility of the customer. (Please note that gasoline can be metered, but it is more expensive.)After the staff checks for flaws, the excess time and other charges will be settled.

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows
Up to 8 days in advance: free of charge
7 to 2 days prior: 2,000 yen/pair
Day before/day of rental: 100% of the rental fee
Insurance Compensation Plan
For the peace of mind of our customers, we offer compensation up to the following amounts
◆Deductible compensation is included in the basic rate (0 yen deductible)Bodily injury compensation/unlimited
Property damage coverage: 10 million yen (50,000 yen deductible)
■Vehicle coverage/market value (deductible of ¥100,000)
Personal Accident Compensation / 30 million yen per person*However, the customer will be responsible for any accidents that violate our rental agreement or rental agreement, accidents that fall under the exemption clause of the insurance policy of the non-life insurance company, and accidents for which proof of accident cannot be obtained from the police.
Compensation for peace of mind
(￥1,100/day) This system waives the deductible for basic coverage in the event of an accident.
It also covers NOC in the event of an accident or an accident received, as well as damage that is not covered by the basic insurance policy.
Non-operation charge: 20,000 yen if the vehicle can be driven on its own; 50,000 yen if the vehicle cannot be driven on its own
