*Please call us if you need to cancel or change your reservation.

No prior notice or no notice more than one hour after the reserved time will result in a "reservation cancellation. Cancellation of reservations made more than one week in advance will also be subject to the prescribed cancellation fee.

*We also offer a full refund for rebookings made within six months, and a half refund for rebookings made within a year.

*For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the vehicle has been damaged or is no longer drivable due to use by a previous customer, even if it is a full reservation.
