14:30		Gathering & Reception We will either meet you there by car or pick you up at your hotel.
15:20		Restroom break. We will go to a convenience store to get dinner and drinks (eating and drinking are allowed in the car).
16:00		[To the mangrove primeval forest]. We stopped at a facility where we could look down on the mangroves from above for a commemorative photo!
16:15		[To the kayak embarkation point] Prepare to kayak and give a lecture.
16:30		Mangrove canoeing begins. You will enter beautiful tunnels and narrow jungle-like waterways. (1.5 to 2 hours) Sunset if the weather is clear!
18:30		Mangrove canoeing ends. Break time (dinner, snack, change of clothes, bathroom break, etc.)
19:00		Night tour location and tour start. Let's go to the subtropical forest! (about 1.5 hours)
20:30		Night tour ends. Guests without transportation will be dismissed here.

Q. When will I be notified if the tour is cancelled?

If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, we will notify you by 6:00 p.m. the evening before the tour.
If heavy rain is expected during the night tour, the tour may be cancelled just before the day of the tour (2-3 hours before).
Please be assured that we do not charge cancellation fees for cancellations due to weather conditions.

This tour is a private tour for one group.
If you wish to charter the tour alone, you will be charged the regular tour fee plus 501 TP3T.

We may get out of the car when changing seats or observing small creatures,
Pants style with less leg exposure + sneakers are recommended to prevent insect bites.

Mangrove kayaking
Since you will get a little wet, we recommend that you wear clothes that dry easily and sports sandals or marine shoes that can be fastened at the heel.
The recommended attire for hot weather is a T-shirt + half pants, such as surf pants, and a hat.
Caps or hats with strings are better, as they can be blown off in windy conditions.
Combine with a rash guard and leggings for sun protection.

In cold weather, wear a windbreaker or other layered clothing that is easy to regulate body temperature and facilitate movement.

*Long skirts, tight skirts, and wide pants are not suitable for kayaking and should be avoided.

I participated in the mangrove canoeing and night tours. Both were wonderful experiences, but the Milky Way, especially during the night tour, is a sight I will never forget. I felt the beauty of nature with my whole body as I was surrounded by the stars that filled the sky. I was also impressed to see many black rabbits! Our guide was very kind and guided us carefully until late at night, and we were able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. I really recommend this tour to anyone who wants to fully enjoy the nature of Amami.
