After registering, we put on our marine shoes and headed to the harbor in the guide's car. It seems there are many bays in the area, so the waves were very calm, and for a beginner like me, it was very easy to swim. The guide took us to three of the many coral sites. The water color was very beautiful and there were many kinds of corals. There were a lot of fish, but the most impressive was a school of bigeye sunfish. There were so many of them like confetti swimming on the coral, and the experience of swimming in and above them was like being a fish myself. The sea is like Okinawa, but Amami Oshima is just as good as Okinawa. I was very satisfied with the different colors of the sea from Okinawa. I highly recommend it.
