大浜海浜公園とは

大浜海浜公園は、奄美市名瀬小宿大浜701-1に位置している公園It is.

奄美大島最大の名瀬から車で約15分から20分の位置にあり、観光客のみならず地元民の方も多く訪れる、奄美の美しい海と白亜の砂浜を堪能できるスポットとなっています。

この奄美の海を愉しめる大浜ビーチを始め、各種の催しが行われている貝殻ステージ広場や、奄美の歴史的且つ文化的な建造物として著名な【高倉（たかくら）】を復元したもの、パノラマビューで絶品の夕日を観賞できる遊歩道など、多くの見所がある公園となっています。

公園内には亜熱帯特有の植物も多く、ソテツやアダン、ガジュマルなど多数の種類を観察することが出来ます。バースハウスと呼ばれる休憩施設も親切予定となっています。
