西安室海岸の風景

西安室海岸とは

加計呂麻島は夕陽がきれいに見える場所がひじょうに多いのですが、一二を争うサンセットビーチと言われているのが西阿室海岸から見える光景です。海の向こうには奄美群島での有人島の中で一番小さな与路島が正面に見えます。少し右には無人島として知られる須子茂離れ、請島、天気の良い日なら徳之島まで眺望できると言います。

どこからでも夕陽が綺麗に見えるのは間違いないのですが、西阿室海岸での一番のオススメは西阿室のシンボルの『立神』と海に沈んでいく夕陽の姿I am sure you will.

全国各地に立神と呼ばれる巨岩や岩礁はあります。与那国島や鹿児島の枕崎でもその姿をみることができます。
西安室海岸の夕陽は美しいですが、季節によって太陽の沈む場所は違います。夕陽との出会いは一期一会沈む場所は違っても美しさは変わらない、その時々の風景を粋に楽しむのがオススメだと言えます。
