What is Akasaki Park?
Akasaki Park has recently repaired and built new playground equipment and reorganized the park to make it more comfortable for visitors to spend time there. In particular, the right side of the park, called Chibikko Land, has been converted into a field athletic facility, making it a popular spot for locals and tourists with children. The scenic beauty of the park is another point that should not be overlooked. The park is a large area, but a stroll along the boardwalk will take you to a plateau. The park is originally located on a hill, so the sunrise and sunset views are spectacular, but this park faces west, making it a particularly spectacular location during sunset. As for access, it takes about 25 minutes by bus from the bus center. Since it is located on a hill, it is recommended to use a car for convenience, and parking is available.
