Indoor Experience

It was my first time to dye and I was worried that I would not be able to do it well, but the staff carefully taught me how to do it and even a beginner could make a beautiful T-shirt. It was interesting to see the color gradually change. However, my clothes got a little dirty, so it would be nice to have an apron.

Since I had enjoyed the dressing experience on my last trip to Amami, I tried Oshima silk this time. I could feel the weight of tradition and it was a wonderful memory. It is a good island no matter how many times you come.

I think the cosmetics are good. It is fascinating to be able to make your own scented soap using natural ingredients from the island. However, it would have been even better if the space for working was a little larger.

A NAVI search of the phone number showed a location far from the airport, but we found it along the national highway and arrived safely. We enjoyed working with a female designer who came all the way from Canada just for the dyeing experience. The staff's detailed guidance helped us to create two very satisfying T-shirts that will be a keepsake for us as a married couple. Thank you very much!

I really enjoyed the mud dyeing experience! I was very happy to be able to make my own original T-shirt... It was exciting and fun to see the gradual dyeing process, and I hope everyone will try it too!
