Having the whole place to ourselves and getting to enjoy the ocean, mountains, and waterfalls—it was absolutely amazing lol. We looked for sea turtles, swam in the waterfall pool, and played our hearts out all day—I’m so satisfied! The guide was super fun, took tons of photos for us, and was seriously the best!

The kids had a blast snorkeling in the waters off Amami and playing in the river by the waterfall. I was a little worried about a full-day tour, but since we had the tour all to ourselves, the staff kindly adjusted to our children’s pace and provided gentle support—which allowed us as parents to watch over them with peace of mind. The tour was tailored exactly to our requests, and our children’s eyes sparkled the whole time as they took in the breathtaking natural scenery. We made so many wonderful family memories. The ocean and the waterfall were absolutely amazing!! Since we had the whole place to ourselves, I got to chat a ton with the guide and my excitement went through the roof!!! Even though I was traveling alone, I was able to enjoy myself without any reservations. The facilities are excellent. The tour includes transportation to and from the hotel, and the transfer from the beach to the waterfall was handled efficiently. Since this is an exclusive tour for one group, you can efficiently experience the ocean, mountains, and waterfalls all in one day, which makes it great value for the money. The guide provided detailed explanations and was flexible in accommodating our requests. It was also nice to receive the digital photos. However, if I had to mention one thing, since you’re active all day, you might feel a little tired toward the end if you don’t exercise regularly. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and the fact that transportation was included.
