What is AiAi Hiroba (Tourism Exchange Center)?
AiAi Hiroba is a tourist exchange center on Amami Oshima,Tourist Information Center of Amami Oshimawill be.
There are pamphlets about various facilities on Amami Oshima Island and introductions to brown sugar shochu (shochu made from brown sugar). There is also a rest area and computer space, and luggage can be temporarily stored for your convenience.
The museum will be open from 9:00 to 20:00 on the first floor, 9:00 to 22:00 on the second floor, and 9:30 to 22:00 on the third floor.
The fee is free on the first floor and charged on the second and third floors. The third floor is a kids' room from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The nearest bus stop is a one-minute walk from the Suehiro-dori bus stop after getting off the Shimabus.
It has become a place for locals and tourists to casually stop by for a rest and relaxation, and many people stop by before sightseeing.
