当日キャンセル及び無連絡キャンセル：100％※天候などの理由でコチラで中止と判断した場合はキャンセル料は発生しません。 中止の場合は前日、難しい判断の場合は集合2時間前までにご連絡致します。

*If you apply for a tour for 2 people (1 adult and 1 child) and the tour is still conducted with 2 people on the day of the tour, the fee will be the same as for 2 adults.
*If, after applying for one person, a customer makes a reservation for the same date and time, we will consult with the customer including the accompanying person (to the regular fee).
*If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and you will be charged a cancellation fee, regardless of the reason, such as transportation delays. Please allow plenty of time for your arrival. For those arriving or departing by air on the same day, we recommend private tours (+5,000 yen/pair).
*3歳以下のお子様とご一緒のお客様は、申し込み人数に関わらず貸切案内とさせていただき、貸切料金（+5,000円/組）が発生します。

*ツアー中は終始車に乗っているのでお車酔いの心配な方は予め酔い止めなど対策お願いいたします。
*夜の森ツアーは野生生物と隣り合わせのアクティビティとなります。今のところ80%以上の確率でアマミノクロウサギと出会えておりますが僅かな天候の変化、湿度、気温、風向きによって出現率が大きく変わりますので予めご理解とご了解をお願いいたします。
*天候などの気象状況、生き物の出没率次第でコースが変わる事もあります。夜間なのでハブに十分に注意しガイドの指示に必ず従ってください。
