If there are less than 3 people, we will go by electric hybrid car. (Depending on availability, a gasoline-powered vehicle may be used.)

Cancellation fee for this plan 》

*In the event of cancellation due to customer circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation on the day before: 50%.
Same-day cancellation and no-call cancellation: 100%.

If we decide to cancel the tour due to weather or other reasons, no cancellation fee will be charged. In case of cancellation, we will contact you the day before the event, or at least 2 hours before the event if the decision is difficult.

Fee Notes 》

*If you apply for a tour for 2 people (1 adult and 1 child) and the tour is still conducted with 2 people on the day of the tour, the fee will be the same as for 2 adults.

*If, after applying for one person, a customer makes a reservation for the same date and time, we will consult with the customer including the accompanying person (to the regular fee).

*If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and you will be charged a cancellation fee, regardless of the reason, such as transportation delays. Please allow plenty of time for your arrival. For those arriving or departing by air on the same day, we recommend private tours (+5,000 yen/pair).

*Please note that guests with children under 3 years of age will be given a private tour regardless of the number of people who apply, and a private tour fee (+5,000 yen/group) will be charged.

*The Night Forest Tour is an activity that involves close encounters with wildlife. However, please understand that the rate of occurrence may vary greatly depending on slight changes in weather conditions, humidity, temperature, and wind direction.

*The course may change depending on weather conditions and the rate at which creatures appear. Please be careful of hubs and follow the guide's instructions as it is nighttime.
