*If you apply for a tour for 2 people (1 adult and 1 child) and the tour is still conducted with 2 people on the day of the tour, the fee will be the same as for 2 adults.

*If, after applying for one person, a customer makes a reservation for the same date and time, we will consult with the customer including the accompanying person (to the regular fee).

*If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and you will be charged a cancellation fee, regardless of the reason, such as transportation delays. Please allow plenty of time for your arrival. For those arriving or departing by air on the same day, we recommend private tours (+5,000 yen/pair).

Cancellation of the event
