    Seriously, the sea turtle was way too close lol. I was just swimming along when a turtle swam right in front of me—I got so hyped! The guide was really fun to be around, and it was an absolute blast! Being able to use the clean showers and changing rooms right after getting out of the water was just amazing.

    I received thorough instruction on the basics of skin diving, including how to hold my breath and dive deep. The beauty of the underwater world, known as “Amami Blue,” is truly exceptional, and swimming alongside the fish in the sunlit waters was a wonderful experience.     I was pretty nervous about going into the winter ocean because it looked so cold, but the fully waterproof drysuit I borrowed was surprisingly warm, so it wasn’t a problem at all! As soon as I started swimming, I came across a sea turtle swimming leisurely right in front of me—it was truly moving♪ The instructor stayed close by the whole time, checking on how I was doing, so even someone like me who isn’t a strong swimmer was able to enjoy it with peace of mind right until the end. If anyone is on the fence about this tour, I would definitely recommend it!

    It was my first time doing serious diving, and I was worried about whether I’d be able to breathe underwater, but it was reassuring to have an experienced guide right by my side, matching my pace the whole time.
