The nighttime jungle tour in search of rare wild animals was a fun way to return to my childhood. However, there were a bit too many insects, probably due to the time of year, so I give it 4 stars.
The night in the subtropical forest was very mysterious and I was truly healed by the extraordinary space. The tour included pick-up and drop-off services, so it was a great memory of Amami for me.
It was a wonderful trek to experience firsthand the power of the ancient forests of the Kanasakubara Wilderness. The certified guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to learn about the depth of Amami's nature.
The excitement of exploring the jungle at night is unbelievable. Thanks to the guide's detailed explanations, we were very happy to see many rare creatures.
The atmosphere of the virgin forest was nice, but I got a little bored in the middle of the course because of the same scenery. I might have enjoyed the course if it had more ups and downs.
SUP in the mangroves was scenic, but there were some areas that were shallow and difficult to navigate, probably due to the tides. Canoeing might have been better.
